Our founders have worked for some of world's largest academic and financial institutions including CERN, Lehman Brothers, UBS and Goldman Sachs.

Dr Richard Hill
Before co-founding SU3 Analytics, Richard Hill spent four years at Lehman Brothers, working as a risk analyst and as an interest rate derivatives trader. Prior to Lehman he completed a particle physics PhD at Imperial College London, where his research was based at CERN. He has broad experience in mathematical and computational modelling of complex systems, development of data analysis frameworks and software development in both the academic and financial domains. He also holds a Physics BSc from Imperial.
Joel Halbert
Joel Halbert has eight years of technology experience within banking, both investment and retail. Before co-founding SU3 Analytics he spent four years at Goldman Sachs and then at UBS where he architected and delivered algorithmic trading systems. Most recently at UBS he was responsible for the delivery of a technology platform, infrastructure and team to support a new high frequency trading business. He previously held positions at the UK's leading automated clearing house, renewing their core technology platform, and at AKQA, a leading web design agency, working on e-commerce websites for clients such as BMW and Orange. He holds a BSc in Physics and an MSc in Computer Science.
